- Building management is responsible for organising maintenance such as air conditioning, lifts, plumbing, electrical, cleaning and general repairs. Your tenancy issues will need to be forwarded to your own internal delegates.
- Any contractor undertaking tenancy works will need to obtain prior visitor access authorisation.
- Prior notice for contractor access will need to be arranged via an access form that is authorised by your internal delegate.
- All contractors must undertake the building management online induction.
