Accordingly, the ISPT contribution to natural resource management embraces the following fundamental criteria:

• The welfare, health and safety of building occupants and customers using our premises.
• The economic application of change management principles to achieve improvement.
• The progressive reduction in the consumption of the natural resources that support our business activities.
• The education and empowerment of employees to work toward continuous improvement with our tenants.
• The disclosure of environmental performance measured against industry benchmarks.

ISPT Board Members and Shareholders fully endorse the above policy and support its application by the provision of capital funding to achieve sustainable outcomes.
